Do you sometimes feel that life is turning upside down for you; the walls are caving in and you don’t know which way to turn or whom to talk to?

We’ve probably all been there at some point when life throws unexpected challenges our way that leave us feeling off-kilter. If it’s for a short period of time and limited to a specific situation, we can hopefully deal with it, move on, and soon ‘reconfigure’ our life and get back to our ‘norm’.

But what happens when we discover that similar events and experiences keep repeating themselves, and we begin to notice that there’s a pattern emerging in our lives?

It’s then that we become trapped in a vicious cycle of doom and gloom and closed negative thinking patterns, resigning ourselves to the belief that life will always be this way for us, and, of course, questioning our circumstances and misfortunes, our repetitive thoughts and behaviours, with, ‘Why me?’ … ‘What have I done to deserve this?’ … ‘Why is everything such a struggle for me?’ … ‘Why can’t I get my relationships to work?’

Feeling stuck, confused and frustrated ultimately causes us more harm on an emotional and physical level, and prevents us from reaching our full potential; being the person we were born to be. So often behind the repeating negative cycles in our lives there are blocked emotions, such as sadness, anger, fear and guilt – emotions that we may not even be aware of – and it’s these that can cause havoc in our relationships, work, health and well-being, unless we deal with them.

Understanding the problem isn’t really the issue. The challenge is: how do we fix it? How do we come out of thinking, feeling and seeing life this way?

There is a way … we can go right to the core of our troubling emotions and heal them, the repetitive thought patterns, beliefs and behaviours that limit us and let them go; and then rewire our minds to think in ways that are more open, flexible, positive and self-serving.

Here’s the thing: when our thoughts flow freely, we flow freely too. We can then see the same situations and experiences in a different light; our perceptions change, and, more importantly, we become free too … and that’s when we feel a burning desire deep within us to grow, evolve and embrace this wonderful gift of life in its entirety, no matter what it presents us with!

The key is self-awareness. Becoming aware of what and how we’re thinking is the first step, but then we have to be willing to challenge our thoughts as well. Real change can only happen for us if we’re open, and prepared to take action to set ourselves free from our limiting patterns. When we clear away our unwanted thoughts, beliefs, and emotional debris, that’s when we begin to connect with our true selves – who we really are.

The beauty of this level of self-awareness is that not only do you know who you are and who you have become, your purpose in life becomes clearer too, and you realise that you’re enough as you are right now; there’s no lack. In this place, there’s no room for procrastination, excuses, distractions and addictions to keep you going. You have a desire for total freedom and inner awakening, because you’ve tasted it, even if only fleetingly, and you know that the path to freedom is open to you. ‘You have arrived.’

I have come to understand the power of the human mind, both the conscious and subconscious part and the impact the earlier years of life has on its development and the way we perceive our life to be through adulthood. So whether these perceptions are of joy or pain or any other emotion, this is what is reflected back to us in the events we experience in our life.  This can make us feel vulnerable, the thought that much of what we are experiencing right now may stem from circumstances and situations from our earlier years and beyond, a time at which we had absolutely no control of our lives.

The reassuring thing is that we do have control.  Whatever our childhood experiences were at the time, or whatever we have experienced through the whole of our life so far, for that matter, we have the power to heal, if we choose to. We also have the power to change the thoughts, beliefs and perceptions we may be holding on to subconsciously to a new way of thinking, again, if we choose to. This learning is not only very powerful it is empowering too. As when we do this we create a new reality for our future, a much more dynamic one that unleashes a new found freedom within us which is then reflected back to us in the circumstances and events that lie ahead of us.

Through my own personal experience, I have managed to move on and heal certain aspects of my own life. I now feel more empowered, confident and in control of my thoughts and the way I view my life and the world. I’ve learned so much about myself, and as a result this has led to the  creation of major breakthroughs. The shifts I’ve experienced, both personally and in my work, are amazing. I now feel fearless, as though nothing can stop me from fulfilling my goals and dreams. The things that used to worry me don’t even cross my mind any more. I feel more open to whatever the future has in store for me, knowing that everything will be ok and that I trust that I have the resilience to deal with whatever comes my way.

I’ve released a lot of negative stuff, the baggage I didn’t even know I was holding on to – the fear, sadness, guilt, anger, hurt at the unconscious level– it’s all finally put to rest and now I can see big life-changing moments happening all around me. It’s like I’ve been given magical tools to erase those emotions from my past, that I thought I had completely accepted and got a grip on. I thought that it was all history, that by creating healthy habits and a daily self care routine and by learning to compartmentalise the memories in my mind by ‘never going there’ I assumed that I had healed the emotions and that it was all I could and needed to do. I thought that this would be enough to reach my potential in life, but not quite.  I now feel that my entire being has shifted to a whole new level, it’s such a wonderful feeling, one of lightness, excitement and optimism; you really have to experience it to believe it.

Our minds are so incredibly powerful and can work with us or against us. How we use the mind is down to us. In my line of work as a homeopath, understanding my clients’ mental and emotional state, past experiences and hereditary aspects has always been a key part of my consultations; it helps me in getting to the root of the physical symptoms and chronic health conditions that they’re seeking help with. Again this demonstrates the power of the mind-body connection and seeing them move forward beyond their own expectations gives me great joy.

Introducing these powerful techniques into my work means that I can now serve my clients and create rapid transformations at their core. Literally clearing away a life time of stored negative emotions and unresolved experiences on the unconscious level stemming from childhood, that they too may not be aware of. More importantly and certainly worth mentioning here that it is achieved without delving in to their past and re-telling their story again. Not only that, each individual has the ability to continue their journey further by changing the lifestyle and habits that are keeping them stuck right now too – in a nutshell the root cause of all that’s holding them back in every area of their lives … their health, work, financially, relationships and more – in an instant. Yes, in an instant – in the here and now, in the moment.

It doesn’t end there, the best is yet to come after all the blocks are released! This is when we begin to pave the way for our revitalised mindset to awaken those goals and dreams that were once upon a time a mere distant flicker in our conscious minds. Now we’re creating a new reality, one which is alive and much closer to home than it ever was before. It’s one with renewed energy, increased inner confidence and self-belief. We begin to see a new future unfolding as miracles start to show up each day.

The spark we were born with has been ignited, the time to re-invent our life has arrived!

If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably come a long way in your life too. You’ve done lots of great self-development work along the way, and have some great tools to help you manage your daily life … But perhaps you have a sense that there must be something more you can do to manage your struggles and help you embrace each day with greater ease and resilience.

I decided to embark on this line of work intuitively. I was instantly drawn to it, and it was a spontaneous decision to learn more, because I knew, deep down, that I was ready for more, not only in terms of my own evolvement but so that I could serve my gorgeous clients at a much deeper, transformative level.

To be totally honest with you, my first and foremost thought was that this would help me to serve my clients at my highest level. The reality is that I could only do this if I was willing to make the shifts myself first. This was my calling, and I listened and followed it through, not quite understanding the whole process, but trusting it … and I’ve never looked back.

Now I feel I’m ready to take on the world, I feel like a new woman and I so want you to feel that way too, because you can, it’s all there inside you. It’s time to step out of the walls we’ve created in our minds and step into our power.

The truth is that when we’re willing to let go of all that no longer serves us and had clipped our wings, we come to recognise who we truly are at our core: we connect with love, our essence, a magnificent creative force, and when we connect with that we transform.

This is the true expression of freedom as I see it – we emanate love, through which we realise that in reality we are all connected, that each of us matter and that we are all miraculous beings, the ripple effect has begun.

Through this new found freedom we flourish and fly and with this we are capable of achieving absolutely anything…… anything is possible.

Let me leave you with a question: if you knew there was something you could do to change your perception of how things are for you, or must be for you, would you do it, and by doing so, what difference would it make to your life?

Until next time, take care.

To your greater transformation in health and life,
